Allocation of Units Policy:

1.   Three (3) or four (4) bedroom townhouses are to be allocated as “Family” units with family being defined in the 56.1 Agreement.

2.   Two (2) bedroom townhouses are to be offered to families before being offered to single applicants

3.   “Family” means a minimum of two people who are related by blood or marriage (including common-law spouses) or, if unrelated, one of whom is dependent on the other on a continuing basis and includes dependents.
